RSHS: Echo Mitchell, a senior at Rural Special HS, won 1st place in the pottery competition at the Senior Beta State Convention this past weekend. She earned a trip to the National Convention, which will be held at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, KY this summer. Congratulations, Echo!!!!
RS: There will be no school Monday, January 16, due to the observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

RS- It was our honor to host the Senior Citizens banquet again this year for our community. It was a wonderful time for fellowship, food, and fun!
