Join us for not only a night of great tiger basketball but also as we celebrate our seniors.

The senior girls team will open the night against Viola at 5 pm followed by the senior boys game.

Our senior night celebration will be between those games at approximately 6 pm.

Hope you are enjoying the 3 day weekend, and what better way to celebrate than with some exciting news.
Timbo Elementary was named one of the "Best Elementary Schools" in Arkansas by U.S. News & World Reports ranking 57 out of 726 elem schools and earning 87.1 points out of 100. This has come with a lot of hard work and commitment from our faculty, staff, students, parents, and community members. Congratulations ALL!

For many of our students, today was their last day. High School students received the included attachment on Monday with the semester test schedule. Both K-6 Elem & HS will take half of their tests on Thursday and half on Friday. Elem students MAY LEAVE at 11:15 each day, and High School will have tests completed by 12:15. If a HS student only has to take a specific test, he/she may come and test for that class and then leave; they are NOT required to be on campus all day. Buses will still run at the normal times.

Tuesday: Jrs & Srs meet with Jostens to order class rings & announcements, HOME Ball Game as we host Rural Special @5pm
Wednesday: ICC Tournament all 4 teams start 4:30pm
Saturday: ACT Testing
Monday 12/15: Christmas Program
Tuesday 12/16: Last Regular Day of Classes, Christmas Classroom Events

Update for tonight's game at Cave City: Sr Girls Game is cancelled. Games start at 5pm: JB, SB, JG. In between the senior boys and the Jr girls will be homecoming.

Monday, Nov 10th: Veterans Program @ 1:30pm. Come join us and invite your friends and family. We ask that students dress nicely in their Red, White, and Blue.
Tuesday, Nov 11th: Basketball @ Marshall
Wednesday, Nov 12: 5th-9th Grades to Conway for Science Show (students need money for lunch at McDonalds)
Thursday, Nov 13th: Interims Go Out, Basketball Home vs Maynard, 4games @4pm and Ozarka Open House (everyone is invited 4pm-6pm)
Friday, Nov 14th: ASVAB testing, Basketball Homecoming vs Shirley (Dance to Follow)

Overall HS Division Winner: Timbo’s Brennen Knowlton! Brennen walked away with 1st place in Battle of the Beads Welding Competition sponsored by Bad Boy Mowers and Ozarka College. Brennen showcased his MIG welding skills with a variety of weld types. Jesse Sanchez and Autumn Rechin also competed in MiG Welding representing Timbo well. Jesse walked away with a Sugarscoop Professional Welding Hood as a door prize. Students also had the opportunity to participate in a virtual welding competition as well as welding demonstrations by Ozarka College Welding Instructors. Thank you Mr Passmore and Ozarka College for the time you are investing in our students.

School will dismiss Tuesday, October 14th at 1:40pm. Please join us that afternoon for Parent-Teacher Conferences from 3pm-7pm. Parents of Seniors will need to meet with Mrs. Misenheimer to complete the FAFSA. All students with a parent or guardian who attends conferences will receive a tardy/homework pass. Fall Break will be Wednesday, October 15th - Friday, October 17th. We look forward to seeing you Tuesday afternoon.

A friendly reminder that our Timbo Family Engagement Night is this Thursday from 5:30-7:30pm. There will be a lot of fun activities on site for all students and their families as well as important parent informational meetings for 3rd grade and 8th-12th grade parents. Students will also have the chance to sign up for archery, shooting sports, and other HS clubs. Come join us for mindstorm robotics, circuit building, giant Jenga, strong man competitions, and much more. Rockin R BBQ will be on site as well so bring your appetite.

October 3rd is the Timbo Fall Festival. Elementary students are asked to keep selling their raffle tickets, and high school students are reminded to make plans to attend. All HS classes and students will be sponsoring two activity booths as well as a class scence. We need everyone's participation to make Fall Festival a success.

Timbo boys finished up the golf regular season Tuesday at Village Creek Golf Club in Newport. The boys placed 5th in a field of really good teams. In 2 previous matches at Indian Hills Golf Course in Fairfield Bay, the team finished 2nd twice. Grady Pitcock had 2 individual top 5 finishes and Jaxon Wilkins had a top 5 as well. The boys will compete Monday in the District Tournament at Turkey Mountain in Horseshoe Bend.

Timbo interim progress reports went home today with all of K-12. These must be signed and returned. Atlas testing portal codes also went home with all of K-11 students. Tomorrow, students will receive incentive days earned from last spring .
