Mountain View Elementary School

Due to the heavy rains, flash flooding, and some roads being washed out, some Mountain View School District buses may not be able to access some areas of regular routes tomorrow. If you live in an area prone to flooding, please be prepared to make arrangements for alternate bus stops or transportation to school. Thank You.

Due to the winter weather, there will be no school tomorrow, Friday February 3, in the Mountain View School District. It will be AMI Day 9. Students will have ample time to make up all AMI assignments due to the weather and power outages. Again, no school tomorrow, Friday February 3. Thank you.

MVES - As we continue on with A.M.I. days and now have had power for a few days, please have all A.M.I. packets from last week completed and return to school on the day we return. We will be sending additional A.M.I. work to account for the days we have missed this week when we return to school. Thank you!

MVES - On Idiom Day, Ms. Sutton kept saying she had “all eyes on me,” while Mr. Wilson was “feeling blue.” Mrs. Freeman thought that the day was “the bees knees.” Mrs. Gillam showed she was “one tough cookie,” but Mrs. Bennet was a “party pooper” all day long! Ms. Hughes made it through the day “with her heart on her sleeve.”
